As a Virtual Assistant/ Customer Support, you will play a critical role in providing high-level support to our esteemed clients, working directly with the Director of Operations and Client Support. We are specifically seeking a team player with advanced English proficiency and exceptional communication skills, as maintaining strong relationships with our high-end clients is key to our success.


Job Responsibilities

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Maintaining the Director’s calendar 
  • Maintain client profiles and weekly meeting notes
  • Providing resources for clients
  • Creating document templates
  • Responding to customer emails
  • Maintaining organization and communication in the project management software
  • Assist with project management


Job Requirements

Requirements:

- Advanced English skills (both written and verbal)

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role

- Advanced communication skills

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Proficiency in using productivity tools and software (e.g., Google Suite, Project Management Software, and AI tools)

- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
