Full Job Description

We are looking for a highly capable Virtual Assistant with a solid background in project management to facilitate the efficient handling of administrative tasks and project coordination. The successful candidate will be pivotal in supporting our daily operations by ensuring all projects and routine tasks are executed effectively and on schedule.


Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage and oversee various projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards.
  2. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, preparing correspondence, and organizing files.
  3. Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to gather project requirements, updates, and ensure all parties are informed of project progress.
  4. Maintain and organize project documentation and reports, as well as managing databases and customer relationship management systems.
  5. Assist with customer inquiries via email or phone, providing high-quality customer service.
  6. Prepare detailed presentations and reports for internal and external use.
  7. Manage email inboxes, including sorting, filing, and responding to emails on behalf of the executive team.
  8. Conduct research and compile data to inform decision-making and support business initiatives.


Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant with extensive project management responsibilities.

Proficiency in using project management tools

Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
