Paralegal / Lawyer / Virtual Assistant / VA for Creative Visionary Trademark Law Firm Team

We are looking for an experienced Paralegal, Lawyer, or Virtual Assistant to help with tasks as a Trademark / Intellectual Property / IP Lawyer or Paralegal, and also to help with client intake & sales, and possibly with general admin tasks, calendar, inbox management, and answering the phone and taking calls.

Someone who is joyful, and detail oriented with great communication skills (Spanish and English) is very important for you to be successful in this role. We are looking for someone who has proven experience, and is willing to answer the phone, along with taking care of our leads or clients, which includes but is not limited to cold calling, etc.

We are looking to add someone HARD WORKING, HONEST and DEDICATED to the team as soon as possible!

Must be technologically SAVVY. We all work hard and move fast. There are strict deadlines. This is a GREAT job with PLENTY of work available, but you must be willing to commit and go all-in 100%!

This is a FULL-TIME opportunity which will begin with a starting salary set at $6/hour. BUT for the right candidate, there is an opportunity for salary increases and bonuses.
