We are looking for a motivated Virtual Sales Representative to join our team at the Home Care Agency Blueprint program, a comprehensive guide designed to streamline the process of setting up successful home care agencies.

**Generous commission bonus available up to additional $500 to $4000 a month depending on how many sales!**

This role involves promoting and selling our product, a program offering proven processes that save our clients time and money, and reduce overwhelm. In this virtual and proactive work environment, your earning potential grows with each successful sale, thanks to our competitive commission-based pay structure.

To excel in this position you must: 

• Have an Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
• Interest in the Sales field 
• Want an Income in $USD
• A Fully Working Desktop/laptop AND a Smartphone
• Stable Internet Connection
• Full-Time Availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
• Located in Latin America

Job Responsibilities

• Sales and Promotion: Actively promote and sell the Home Care Agency Blueprint program, an all-inclusive package that includes access to 155+ lessons, Loom videos, a detailed manual, and regular coaching calls.
• Customer Solution Provider: Understand the unique needs of prospective clients and provide tailored solutions from our extensive portfolio, which includes support in legal structuring, brand identity, insurance setup, operational systems, and marketing amplification.
• Team Collaboration: Work in tandem with our marketing team to strategize and execute effective lead generation campaigns.
• Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, offer ongoing support, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred. Previous sales experience, preferably in the home care industry, is a bonus.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Sales Skills: Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Comfortable making numerous calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
• Customer Service: Proven customer service skills with a strong customer-centric focus.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, especially Monday.com & Google Workspace, as well as proficiency in MS Office and sales software.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities. Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
