Company Background: My company is a real estate investing company that focuses on getting off market properties through reaching out with sellers directly. I need help with admin tasks, and data entry tasks to help my company be more efficient and grow in 2023.

Job Description:

  • Using county records to find property owners
  • Skip tracing
  • Makin list of off market opportunities
  • General Admin tasks
  • '

Must Have:

  • Must be comfortable with technology as most work will be on computer and using different software.
  • Must be comfortable reading, and speaking English.
  • Organized
  • Must be flexible and willing to learn new skills, and tasks
  • Honest and integrity, give your best and have a great work ethic.
  • Great attitude goes a long way!

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in real estate
  • Experience with sms marketing, specifically Smarter Contact
  • Experience cleaning/ organizing data
  • CRM experience, specifically Reisift
  • Experience with outreach via linked-in
  • Two monitors is a plus
