Full Job Description

As a Virtual Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing remote support to your clients. Your tasks may include managing emails, calendars, and scheduling, drafting documents and reports, maintaining databases and files, organizing and prioritizing tasks. This role involves handling various tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth operations for the team.


Job Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive virtual administrative assistance, including managing calendars, handling emails, and preparing documents.
  •  Handle emails, calls, and text messages. Coordinate tasks and the client calendar.
  •  Track deadlines and follow-ups.
  •  CRM Management
  •  Keep your client organize.
  •  Supporting marketing efforts and social media management.


Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a related role.
  • Calendar management and critical thinking.
  • Customer Service working experience
  • Self-motivated with a professional attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (In English).
  • Good internet connecting and a bakup 
  • You must be abke to work from 9AM to 5PM PST.
  • Proficient in G-Suit, video conferencing, and project management platforms, and CRM.
