Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented Appointment Verification Clerk to join our team. You will be responsible for verifying medical appointment and obtaining rxs. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and be able to multitask efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Responding to all emails in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that all data is correctly inputted into our system.
• Communicating with both law firms and medical facilities to ensure a seamless Appointment Verification process.
• Handling a fast-paced workload.
• Problem-solving to ensure that all referrals are handled correctly.
• Collaborating with other members of the Elite Liens team to ensure that all clients are satisfied with our services.

Job Requirements

Scheduled Hours: The working hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. PST Monday-Friday. You will also sign a non-compete agreement where you indicate that Elite Liens, Inc. will be your part-time job, and you will not engage in employment with anybody else within these specific hours. No exceptions. You must also have a working computer, cellphone & wifi.
