We are looking for a smart, experienced and awesome Bilingual Cold

Caller (Spanish & English) to support one of our Rockstar clients!

Job Responsibilities

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Conduct outbound calls to a provided list of potential clients, primarily targeting Spanish-speaking markets.
• Identify and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they align with the company's target audience.
• Effectively introduce the company's products or services, highlighting their benefits and value proposition in a clear and concise manner (in both English and Spanish).
• Work towards exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly call volume targets to maximize lead generation.
• Utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to accurately record call interactions, lead details, and call outcomes.
• Collaborate with the sales team by scheduling appointments for qualified leads and providing them with comprehensive background information.

Job Requirements

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

• At least 3 years of experience in a Sales/Cold Calling role.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
