I am looking for a bookkeeper for our team, focused on these areas:

  • Accounts Payable on behalf of our clients’ properties to vendors
  • Preparing accurate reports and statements monthly 
  • Short Term and Mid Term Rental Accounting (more invoices, highly variable revenue)
  • Communication at a high level with vendors on billing related issues and clients via proper, well-prepared statements and answering any questions they have on them

Job skills:

  • Extremely comfortable in spreadsheets such as MS Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • At least some passing familiarity with Quickbooks and ability to quickly learn the program

Hybrid Job Position - 2 days a week in the office and 3 days a week at home. During the primary accounting cycle (25th to 5th) more in office days may be needed to handle physical rent checks.

  • Strong numbers ability and someone who enjoys working with numbers 
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proximity to Henderson for easy commutes to the office
  • Must pass a background check due to dealing with money.
