Cold Caller/Appointment Setter/Lead Generator

Full Job Description

As a Real Estate Cold Caller, you will be responsible for conducting outbound cold calls to prospects using our dialer and scripts. Your primary goal will be to generate interest in our real estate services, handle objections, and schedule follow-up calls. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

● Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects using the dialer and scripts provided by the

company.

● Select appropriate dispositions for prospects/contacts within the cold call platform.

● Handle objections effectively and professionally.

● Schedule follow-up calls for yourself or other team members.

● Attend regular meetings before shifts to discuss goals and strategies.

● Update call results at the end of each shift.

Job Requirements

● Fluent in English with excellent grammar skills.

● Real estate knowledge or experience is preferred.

● Previous cold-calling/Sales experience is preferred.

● Experience with power dialer software is a plus.

● Strong communication skills.

● Ability to learn quickly and adapt to company changes.

● Persistent, consistent, and hardworking, with no call reluctance.

● Thick-skinned and able to handle rejection.

● Reliable and punctual.

● Coachable, trainable, and a quick learner.

● Aligned with the California Time zone

● High-speed, stable internet connection.

● Computer device. With headset with microphone.
