*Answer incoming phone calls, call back clients, data entering
*Schedule appointments into the CRM system
*Take care of client complaints and concerns
*Respond to all emails, text messages, and voicemails
*Type in data into Google Sheets and Excel
*Scan documents into Google drive
*Communicate with the production team
*Handle Client complaints
