Project Manager

Job Description:

  • Develop comprehensive plans to manage cross team projects. Work with stakeholders to outline operation steps, manage cross-team dependencies, identify potential roadblocks, collect and report status to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate up-to-date project management expertise and apply this to the development of improved project execution, increased productivity and efficiency.
  • Create project status reports to track timelines and progress; streamline communications among stakeholders and across the organization.
  • Work with various internal and external stakeholders to prepare project presentations to communicate progress, issues, risks and action items to executives.
  • Schedule and lead project meetings with teams. Facilitate discussions and issue resolution in an open and collaborative manner. 
  • Work with external agencies and ensure smooth execution of projects across internal and external groups.


Job Responsibilities

  1. Managing our team's projects in ClickUp
  2. Reviewing and managing team members' workload capacity
  3. Holding team members accountable to due dates and deadlines
  4. trafficking projects between team members and ensuring a proper hand off of tasks
  5. Reporting on work efficiency and deliverables by client and by team


Job Requirements

Must Haves:

  • Experience in successfully planning and managing projects from start to finish in a digital marketing environment
  • Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
  • In-depth knowledge of the project management lifecycle and methodologies and ability to apply a variety of tools to meet project needs.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience synthesizing information from multiple sources to drive and facilitate effective decision-making.
  • Collaborative work style, with a respectful but firm approach to getting things done.
  • Strong organizational skills, high level of accuracy and attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in holding colleagues and stakeholders to their commitments for the good of the project
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with G Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets), ClickUp (or similar project management tool), CRM tools and marketing tools (Google Analytics, FB Business Manager, SEO, etc)
  • Friendly, fun, and collaborative addition to the team to motivate, encourage and support in all we accomplish together
