We are seeking a dedicated and skilled cold caller to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our acquisition process by reaching out to homeowners to explore their interest in selling their properties. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with potential sellers, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for our company to assist them.

Company Overview

We're a growing real estate company focusing on buying and improving properties, where we specialize in transforming distressed properties into beautiful homes.

Position: Real Estate Cold Caller

Location: Remote

Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to homeowners to assess their willingness to sell their property.
• Build rapport and establish trust with potential sellers.
• Collect and record information about the property and the seller's situation.
• Enter into negotiations with homeowners, and present the best solutions we have when looking to purchase their home. 

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cold calling or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of the real estate industry (preferred, but not required).
• GREAT & POSITIVE attitude is a MUST!

Requirements

• Advanced level of English is highly desirable.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet place for making calls.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week. 

Compensation
