We are a Real Estate Investment Company focusing on single-family houses in Texas. We locate distressed houses to purchase, fix and flip, or rent out. Our team is looking for a lead manager to handle existing leads in our CRM (Salesforce) and see if they would be a good fit to work with our sales team.
1. Qualify all of the leads that come into our CRM; pass qualified leads to our Acquisitions team.
2. Follow up with existing leads until they are ready to sell.
3. Communicate with Acquisitions team on Hot leads
4. Power dial existing leads.
Candidate must speak Spanish
Availability to work 8 hours/day > 10:00am CT - 6:30pm CT
Monday - Friday (Saturday/Sunday on occasion)
Looking for a long-term team member with prior experience as a Lead Manager or Acquisitions Manager for a real estate company.

Bonus commission for met KPIs
All training, tools, systems, and software will be provided
