Real Estate Sales Rep

Full Job Description

This position is highly focused on sales and requires a majority of the time on the phone with buyer leads in our system. The role has a COMPETITIVE BASE SALARY with a BONUS STRUCTURE as well. Because this is a sales focused role we want to incentivize HIGH PERFORMERS with our bonus structure. 

1. 80 Calls Per Day Minimum

2. New Buyer Lead Management 

1. Qualify new buyers to get them on our platform 

2. Consistent follow up until we develop a relationship with buyers 

3. Verify Contact 

  1. Phone numbers 

  2. Emails 

  3. Property Info

  4. Mailing addresses 

  5. Log all Communication in the CRM

3. Relationship Management

1. Engage buyer leads to get an offer on properties that we are selling 

2. Consistent follow up to check in on our deals to see if there is interest  

4. Outbound Prospecting

1. Find highly motivated buyers to purchase deals that we are selling

5. Marketing Material Prep

1. Prep marketing materials so that we can begin the sales process

Requirements:

-Excellent English Comprehension and Listening skills

-Ability and willingness to speak on the phone with seller leads

-Basic computer skills

Not Requirements, But a Plus:

-Knowledge of the following software: Slack, REISift, Redfin/Zillow

-Real Estate experience is a plus
