Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team leads.
  • Assist in developing job descriptions and requirements for open positions.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
  • Assist in negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities to promote our employer brand.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to gather and relay information effectively to the team.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining talent pipelines.
  • Ability to adapt and solve problems in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of key metrics and analytics in recruitment.
