Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Revenue Recovery Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage and recover failed transactions within our payment processing system. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our revenue is maximized by reaching out to users to resolve payment issues or process account cancellations.


Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track all failed transactions within our payment processor.
  • Proactively reach out to users via email, phone, or other communication channels to resolve payment issues.
  • Capture payments from users with failed transactions.
  • Assist users in updating their payment information or resolving any technical issues.
  • Process account cancellations for users who are unable or unwilling to resolve payment issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions taken.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a seamless user experience.


Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience with payment processing systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • High level of empathy and customer service orientation.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with email and CRM systems.
  • GREAT & POSITIVE attitude is a MUST!

Requirements

  • Advanced level of English is highly desirable.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet place for making calls.
  • Driving customer satisfaction and loyalty, and ultimately contributing to the long-term success and growth of the business.

Compensation
