Wirks Moving & Storage is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Manager Assistant with a primary focus on data entry and lead management. Compensation:

• Starting at $6.25 per hour.
• Weekly payments through Payoneer every Wednesday.
• Time tracked via Time Doctor.

Job Responsibilities

Call Rail Recordings Review:

• Listen to Call Rail recordings.
• Update the CRM with the correct lead source based on tracking numbers.
• Indicate if calls are qualified or not.
• Take detailed notes and map them to the CRM ID.
• Revisit calls to update if inbound leads were won or lost.

Sales Team Metrics:

• Update sales team metrics three times per day.
• Transfer data from the CRM to the intranet.
• Share updated metrics with the sales team.
• Follow up with sales team members on neglected or missing follow-ups.

Data Export and Management:

• Export cold calling data from one system to another.
• Assign door-knocking routes for outside salespeople.
• Perform other tasks as necessary to support the sales team.

Reporting and Feedback:

• Interpret information from reports and provide actionable feedback to the sales manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 40 hours per week with the option to work additional hours.
• Clear and concise English communication skills are preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret data.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and data entry software.
• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
