What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Representative and Sales Manager who will also take on direct sales responsibilities to join our dynamic startup team.

As the Sales Representative and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, driving revenue growth, and actively engaging in sales activities to build our client base. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving our business goals.

As a Sales Representative, your tasks will include prospecting for new clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. You will also handle inbound inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Additionally, you will track your sales activities and results, maintain a well-organized CRM system, and provide regular sales reports.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales.

Qualifications

  • Ability to thrive in a demanding environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
