As a Virtual Receptionist at Total Quality Insurance, you will play a crucial role in providing a positive and welcoming first impression to our clients. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and other communications with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Excellent English speaking skills are a must for this role, as clear and effective communication is essential.

Job Responsibilities

1. **Answer Inbound Calls:** Professionally handle incoming calls from clients and direct them to the appropriate department or individual within the organization.

2. **Email Correspondence:** Respond to emails promptly, addressing inquiries and providing relevant information in a clear and concise manner.

3. **Client Assistance:** Assist clients with general inquiries and appointment scheduling.

4. **Message Relay:** Take detailed messages and relay them accurately to the relevant team members.

5. **Maintain Call Logs:** Keep accurate records of all calls, messages, and client interactions for reference and reporting purposes.

6. **Calendar Management:** Help manage calendars for key team members by scheduling appointments and meetings.
