Account Executive

Full Job Description

We're looking for a driven Account Executive to join our sales team. You'll be responsible for bringing in new customers and growing relationships with current ones. If you love sales, hitting targets, and managing your CRM like a pro, we want to hear from you!

WARNINGS:

• Working schedule from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm EST.

Citiside Properties is a property management company that manages properties for investors with portfolios of homes and/or multi-unit apartments needing off-site management.

We offer a commission plan based on sales closed.

Job Responsibilities

• Find and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Meet and exceed your sales goals.
• Understand customer needs and show them how our products/services can help.
• Give great presentations and demos.
• Close deals and make sure everyone's happy.
• Build strong relationships with clients and look for ways to help them more.
• Manage and update client information meticulously within our CRM system.
• Work with our marketing, product, and customer success teams.
• Stay updated on our industry and products.
• Keep good records of your sales activities.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience, especially in finding new business.
• A history of hitting your sales targets.
• Great communication and negotiation skills.
• You understand how sales work.
• Proficient in CRM software (like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for managing leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
• Self-motivated and ready to achieve.
• Can work well alone or with a team.
• A Bachelor's degree is a plus.
