Role Overview

We're hiring a Client-Facing Account Executive to manage relationships with our real estate and home service clients and help onboard inbound leads interested in our pay-per-lead services. You must have prior Go High Level (GHL) experience and be fluent in English (NO EXCEPTIONS; YOU MUST HAVE FLUENT ENGLISH). You’ll serve as the main point of contact for clients — managing communications, reporting, lead feedback, and coordinating with our internal team.

Your Responsibilities

✅ Respond to client questions (email/text/phone)

Sales & Onboarding

  • Answer new leads who express interest in our lead generation services
  • Guide new clients through onboarding and ensure smooth handoff to internal teams
  • Identify upsell opportunities and help retain long-term clients

Tools You’ll Use

  • Go High Level (CRM, pipeline, messaging)
  • Google Sheets (lead tracking, campaign logs)
  • Discord (team communication)

Requirements

🚨 Go High Level experience required

📣 Fluent English (written + spoken) — must be clear and professional

💬 Strong communicator and detail-oriented

🛠 Comfortable in client-facing and backend GHL roles

🧠 Self-managed and reliable — can handle multiple accounts at once
