We are an Ecommerce company located in Houston Texas. We sell on Amazon, Walmart, Shopify and Locally in Texas.

We are looking for a bookkeeper.

Job Responsibilities

The main responsibilities are

1) book keeping through Quickbook

2) monthly reconciliation through Quickbook

3) Quarterly sales tax report

4) Quarterly financial report

5) Annual financial report

6) Ad hoc tasks like Quickbook inventory build up. Add an application to connect multiple platforms.

Job Requirements

1) two years of experience with Quickbook

2) cost accounting for inventory

3) excellent excel skills
