Full Job Description

This is a High-Level Wholesale Real Estate Sales Role

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop and execute a warm and cold calling strategy to target sellers within an assigned territory
• Mine prior leads of sellers from CRM to acquire their property for investors
• Negotiate terms and conditions, and prepare and execute detailed contracts, agreements
• Close sales and achieve both monthly and quarterly quotas
• Achieve a successful lead conversion rate and high volume of deals
• Outstanding sales and people skills
• A skilled negotiator
• Can read people effectively and build lasting relationships
• Organizational skills and the ability to follow systems
• A good understanding of technology
• As an added bonus, a familiarity with the Real Estate industry

WHAT WE DON'T WANT:

• Individuals who are looking for a standard 9-5
• Part-time candidates
• Individuals who are looking to practice traditional real estate (i.e. Showing houses, doing open houses, etc.)
• Mediocre performers lack of self-motivation
• The need for micromanagement to perform
• Not open to feedback and constructive criticism

This role will receive 15% commission and further details will be discussed during interview
