We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive administrative assistant. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, email management, scheduling, project coordination, and communication. This role requires someone who is efficient, reliable, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Answering Phone Calls-Answer inbound calls and calling anyone that fills out a lead form
Inbox Management-Stay on top of important emails with organized sorting, timely responses, and clear prioritization to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
CRM Management-Keep client relationships strong by updating records, tracking interactions, and maintaining accurate data to streamline sales and service.
Answering Inbound Calls-Provide professional, friendly, and efficient phone support that ensures every caller feels valued and directed to the right solution.
Project Management-Oversee projects from start to finish with clear planning, communication, and execution to keep tasks on track and goals achieved.

Must have Prior experience with a CRM
