Quiet room for work(no traffic or kids)
Computer(preferably laptop)
Company is located in Wisconsin, USA
Work is Monday to Friday, 7-8 am to 3-4 pm.
This is not repetitive job, you'll be a part of the small company.
Responsibilities:
Accept calls from current clients and process any requests needed
Ask for a feedback from current clients
Responding to inbound potential client requests using live chat, emails and social media
Routing leads to a sales team based on a set of qualifying data points and questions
For this role, you’ll require great internet and peaceful surroundings for phone calls
Accept and process request from employees(Day-off requests, Accidents reports)
Post job posts and process applicants
Other random tasks and research for any company's needs
