Amazon Listing Specialist

Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Listing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and managing Amazon listings, with proficiency in English writing and reading. The primary responsibilities include writing and optimizing Amazon listings, conducting keyword research, and uploading listings using Amazon flat files. Graphic design skills, particularly in photo manipulation and enhancing product images, are highly desired but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (EST).

While experience with tools like Helium 10 is preferred, we value candidates who demonstrate the ability to learn and adapt quickly. Candidates interested in this position should be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Write and optimize Amazon listings to maximize product visibility and sales.
• Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms for product listings.
• Upload listings using Amazon flat files and ensure accurate product categorization.
• Edit and enhance product images to meet Amazon's standards for quality and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with the team to implement strategies for improving product rankings and conversion rates.
• Stay updated on Amazon's policies and best practices for product listings and optimization.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in creating and managing Amazon listings.
• Proficiency in English writing and reading.
• Familiarity with Amazon flat file uploads and keyword research tools.
•  Experience with tools like Helium 10.
• Graphic design skills, particularly in photo manipulation and editing, are a plus.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new software applications and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to drive results.
