As an Inventory Specialist at AmpliSell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' success on the Amazon platform. Your primary responsibilities will include managing client inventories effectively, optimizing storage utilization, and ensuring efficient shipping practices. You will be instrumental in minimizing costs related to storage and shipping, and in maximizing reimbursements for our clients. Your goal will be to maintain optimal stock levels and resolve any shipping or inventory-related issues swiftly.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize client inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
• Minimize storage fees and surcharges for clients.
• Reduce inbound shipping fees and streamline shipping processes.
• Monitor and maintain storage utilization within set limits.
• Address and resolve shipping and inventory issues.
• Identify and capture reimbursement opportunities.

Daily Workflow:

• Manage tasks for each client, with a focus on efficient time management and prioritization.
• Utilize internal tools and processes for task management and reporting.
• Perform daily checks and updates on various aspects of client inventory and shipping, following standard procedures.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• A stable and high-speed internet connection.
• A capable computer that can efficiently handle multiple tasks, including running several browser windows and Microsoft Excel.

Work Schedule:

• A flexible work schedule with a minimum of 7 hours per day, extendable to 9 hours based on your preference.
• A 5-day work week.
• 5 days of Paid Time Off (PTO).
• Additional PTO for national holidays
• Specific work hours depend on the team assignment (Courtney, Brady, or Christina) and align with Central time zones, but will be during the Central Time zone day.

Working with AmpliSell:

• Engage with tasks using our internal systems, following provided guidelines.
• Commitment to working exclusively with AmpliSell.
• Direct reporting to a Brand Manager, who will guide and assist in client management and sales growth strategies.

Performance Metrics:

• Daily work hours logged.
• Client in-stock rates.
• Client storage fees.
• Reimbursement amounts captured.
• Client inbound shipping fees per unit.
