Appointment Setter
We seek a person who likes to speak on the phone and can contact a list of potential patients for the MedSpa/Beauty Industry, provided by automated sales funnels. Your duty will be to engage with potential patients, understand their beauty needs and goals, and convert them into closed patients.
Responsibilities
Speak to most patients in English but some in Spanish and call to confirm their appointments, these are leads who requested to come into our clients, so it is NOT cold-calling.
Meeting monthly and weekly confirmed appointment goals
Following up with these interested patients on weekends at any time to confirm their appointments
Requirements
Proven experience in calling or similar sales/customer service role
Excellent verbal communication skills with C1-C2 English and little to no accent
Committed to a weekly work schedule, which means being present for the entirety of your shift and arriving on time
Working hours are flexible, with availability between 12-8 EST and one hour lunch break
Qualities
Be persistent, driven, motivated and results-oriented
Able to multi-task and stay organized
Quick learner, team player
Must have a positive attitude and be a people-person
Must be adaptable and willing to learn
Be punctual, responsible, committed, and communicate well with the team
Rate and Commission
Expected pay is between $1000-1600 a month between base and commissions
$6 USD base
$2 USD per appointment set
$2 USD per appointment attended
Plus bonuses and incentives!
Commissions are based on confirmed appointments virtual/in person and the lead showing plus an hourly rate.
(Paid Training for about a month at a a rate of $6.25 per hour)
