We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. You will play a crucial role in our sales process, ensuring that our team connects with high-intent prospects who are ready to engage with our services.
Outbound Calling & Outreach: Initiate contact with potential customers via phone calls, emails, and social media.
Lead Qualification: Assess prospects to ensure they meet predefined criteria before scheduling appointments.
Appointment Scheduling: Secure meetings between prospects and sales representatives, ensuring efficient follow-up and calendar management.
CRM Management: Accurately log interactions, track leads, and update records in the CRM system.
Follow-Ups: Maintain regular communication with warm leads and re-engage cold leads when necessary.
Script Adherence & Personalization: Use provided scripts while adapting conversations to engage prospects effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and enhance lead conversion rates.
Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, Account Executive or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
Comfortable working with CRM software and basic computer applications.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
