Key Responsibilities:
Contact new leads and follow up with old leads using CRM software.
Follow up on leads generated from cold calling, SMS, and other inbound channels.
Monitor and edit existing automatic follow-up sequences.Lead Qualification:
Qualify leads by gathering and confirming information about the property and the seller's situation.
Enter lead information into the CRM accurately and promptly.
Take detailed notes and schedule follow-up activities.
Set appointments with the acquisitions team for qualified leads.
Collaborate with the acquisition team to schedule appointments efficiently.Experience:
Prior experience as appointment setter or BDR (real estate expr is a plus)
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
High energy, positive mindset, and strong work ethic.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Passionate about sales and customer service.
Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
