Bilingual Cold Calling Virtual Assistant (English/Spanish)

Full Job Description

We are hiring a bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Assistant for cold calling and lead generation in real estate. Your role will be to contact property owners via the dialer we provide you, qualify seller leads, confirm key details, price for the property, build rapport with the lead and not rush the call, and set up appointments. This is a remote position working 5-6 days a week, 5-hour shifts per day, between 10 AM - 6 PM CST. Must have good communication skills, be reliable, and follow scripts while sounding natural and confident. Training, scripts, and CRM access provided. Performance-based bonus opportunities available. We will be joining daily Google Meet calls to keep in touch for any questions or issues.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to property owners using a provided script
• Qualify seller leads by confirming key property details and seller motivation
• Accurately enter lead information into our CRM (Podio / GHL)
• Follow up with leads as needed
• Communicate daily with the team and attend scheduled check-ins via Google Meet
• Work Monday to Saturday, clocking in daily and joining team meetings at shift start
• Focus on building rapport, asking the right questions, and setting quality appointments

Job Requirements

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or real estate lead generation preferred
• Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment
• Ability to follow scripts but also sound conversational and natural
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet daily performance goals
• Comfortable using CRMs like Podio or Go High Level (training provided if needed)
• Willing to work 5 hours per day, Monday through Saturday, with flexibility on shift schedule between 10 AM - 6 PM CST
• Bonus structure available for consistent lead production and appointments set
