Tingen Law, based in Richmond, VA, is a dynamic immigration law firm committed to delivering high-quality legal services and superior client experiences. We serve a wide range of clients, including many Spanish-speaking immigrants and families across the United States.

We are seeking a full-time, remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) based in Latin America to provide empathetic and efficient frontline support to our legal team. This role involves managing phone and chat communications, answering questions, and ensuring each client feels heard and respected. While legal experience is not required, you must be comfortable working in a legal services environment.

Job Responsibilities

- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.

- Provide updates and information to clients based on attorney or paralegal guidance.

- Assist clients in understanding their next steps in immigration or legal processes.

- Coordinate and confirm appointments and follow-ups using our internal systems.

- Document all client communications accurately in our CRM and case management tools.

- Support intake, triage, and document collection processes for new clients.

- Maintain a calm and compassionate tone, especially when handling urgent or sensitive client needs.

Job Requirements

✅ Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, ideally in a legal, healthcare, or professional services environment.

✅ Skills:

- Fluent in Spanish and fluent in English (Required)

- Strong communication and listening skills across voice and written platforms

- High emotional intelligence and ability to manage sensitive conversations

- Tech-savvy and comfortable using chat, CRM, and phone systems

- Excellent attention to detail in documenting conversations and updating systems

✅ Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required; further training in communication or client relations is a plus.

✅ Work Style:

Patient, friendly, professional, and efficient. Able to follow procedures and juggle multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
