Role Summary

Be the friendly first point of contact for our clients. You’ll handle phone, email, and chat; share updates based on attorney/paralegal guidance; and make sure every client feels heard and supported. You’ll coordinate appointments, document conversations in our systems, and help with intake/triage and basic document collection.

Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide updates based on attorney/paralegal guidance; set clear next steps.
• Schedule/confirm appointments and timely follow-ups in our systems.
• Log accurate notes in the CRM/case tools; keep records current in our Google Drive folders (system of record).
• Support intake, triage, and document collection for new clients.
• Keep a calm, compassionate tone—especially with urgent or sensitive matters (confidentiality is essential).

Job Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• 1+ year in customer service or client-facing roles (legal/healthcare/professional services a plus).
• Excellent listening and communication across voice and written channels.
• Tech-savvy with chat, CRM, and phone systems; strong attention to detail in documentation.
• Patient, friendly, professional; able to follow procedures and juggle multiple tasks remotely.

How We Work (remote norms)

• Cameras ON for key virtual meetings; professional background, lighting, and audio.
• Time tracking: Hubstaff for all team members; request/track PTO in Odoo; Google Drive is our system of record.

Classification & Perks

• This is a remote contractor role under our current policy for remote workers.
• Contractors are eligible for a health & wellness stipend after month 3 (per contract).
