💼 Position Overview:

As a Bilingual Insurance CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for our Spanish- and English-speaking clients. Your role will involve assisting with policy inquiries, processing payments, explaining coverages, and ensuring exceptional customer service in every interaction.

Job Responsibilities

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with clients in both Spanish and English
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage client texts
• Assist with new quotes, renewals, endorsements, and payments
• Maintain accurate records in our agency management system
• Provide support to agents as needed 

Job Requirements

✅ Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• Prior experience in insurance or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, texting platforms)
