Join the office staff of our growing residential and commercial cleaning company! This role will work alongside an existing Senior Operations and Customer Service Manager that will available for training, support, and guidance.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced English language proficiency is required (written and verbal)
- SPANISH language proficiency is strongly preferred (but not required) to facilitate communication with cleaner employees
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong multitasking skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Familiarity and expertise with basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Microsoft Outlook, CRM Software, etc.)
- Ability to work Monday - Friday with shift beginning at 7:45AM ET (Eastern US time)
- Full time preferred but part-time (at least 4 hours per day with salary expectations adjusted) may be considered
- Reliable, high speed internet connection
- Dual monitors needed for multitasking across several systems
- Experience working for a cleaning company preferred (but not required)
Key Responsibilities::
- Serve as a point of contact (via incoming phone calls, emails, text messages) for prospects and existing clients, providing prompt and timely service
- Schedule appointments and coordinate cleaner routes
- Process client invoices and payments
- Calculate and process weekly employee payroll
- Process reports on Company performance and key performance indicators
- Follow up on potential sales leads to book clients for service
- Manage a digital marketing budget for Company's cleaning services
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding cleaner employees
- Monitor cleaning employee performance and provide feedback as needed
