DESCRIPTION

This role is a long-term, work-from-home assignment with business performed principally in English.

Opportunity for a bilingual (English and Spanish) candidate to provide contact/call center and business support related activities for multiple United States based telecommunications companies.

Activities will vary, as determined by client needs, but include, call servicing - both inbound and outbound for customer service and sales initiatives, quality control audits, and compliance-specific routines, including reporting and performance management. Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English (verbal and written)
  • English speaking voice must be clear with limited or neutral accent
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with limited direction
  • Must be able to learn quickly and adapt effectively to any changes in assignments/work
  • Must be able to interact in a professional and friendly manner, listen effectively, and communicate across different audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Work environment must be free of distractions with minimal or no background noise
  • Contractor/freelancer is responsible for providing their own compliant computer and compatible headset/headphones to take calls.

Hardware and Internet Requirements:

  • Windows operating system (Windows 7 or higher)
  • Must have a minimum of 4GB of RAM
  • Minimum of 5GB of available hard drive space
  • Stable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 5 MBPS and upload speed of 1 MPBS

HOURS and DURATION

  • The business operates Monday-Friday, 10:00 am - 8:00 pm Eastern Time (ET)
  • Long-term job opportunity
  • Part-Time and Full-Time (40 hours) schedules available (hours may vary)

COMPENSATION

  • Pay starts at $2.50 USD/hour and may vary, based on skill and experience.
  • Compensation is provided monthly, based on hours worked and the method of payment must be agreed upon prior to hiring.

EMPLOYMENT CONSIDERATION

Job is offered as an independent contractor position. All compensation is based on hours worked. The contractor/freelancer is not entitled to any benefits, including pension, retirement, transportation, profit sharing, paid time off, or other benefits specific to company employees.
