We are seeking a highly motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Task Manager to join our team and help oversee critical weekend and Monday operations. This is a long-term, permanent position ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and excels in multitasking and organization.Schedule:
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Central Time (1-hour lunch from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM CT)
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Central Time (1-hour lunch from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM CT)
Monday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Central Time
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and review daily inspection reports via CRM platforms to ensure compliance and proper documentation
Use CRM tools to scrape, organize, and pre-qualify data for our sales and recruitment teams
Act as the primary point of contact on weekends, supporting both team members and clients with immediate needs or issues
Follow up with service providers and clients to maintain strong communication and ensure weekend operations run smoothly
Assist in drafting and organizing documentation, including contracts, non-compete agreements, and client proposals
Maintain high standards of organization, accuracy, and responsiveness
Provide dispatch-style support, helping to bridge communication across teams and resolve issues in real-time
Perform general administrative support and coordination tasks as needed
Requirements:
Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Experience using CRM platforms, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and remain highly responsive during scheduled hours
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
Must be dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented
Prior experience in a dispatch, coordinator, or task management role is a plus
