Job Overview:

As a Part-Time Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing the financial records of our company, including transactions, payroll, invoicing, and preparing financial reports. Your expertise will ensure the accuracy of our financial data and help us maintain our commitment to operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage daily accounting and financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare invoices and follow up on payments.
• Process employee payroll in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports for management review.
• Assist with budget preparation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.
• Update financial records by entering changes and performing backups.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role .
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
• Competency in using accounting software ( QuickBooks).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Associate's or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field is a plus.
