Full Job Description

We're looking for a motivated Business Development Manager who loves to sell and find new customers. Your main goal will be to bring in new business and help our company grow. If you're great at finding leads and closing deals, we want to hear from you!

·        Working schedule from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm EST.

Citiside Properties is a property management company that manages properties for investors with portfolios of homes and/or multi-unit apartments needing off-site management.

We offer a base salary and commission plans based on sales closed.

Job Responsibilities

• Find and win new clients for the company.
• Meet and exceed your sales targets.
• Generate new leads through calls, networking, and other ways.
• Understand what clients need and show them how our solutions help.
• Give compelling presentations and prepare proposals.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Keep your sales pipeline organized and updated in the CRM system.
• Work closely with our sales and other teams.
• Stay informed about the market and competitors.

Attend industry events to find new leads.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, focused on getting new clients.
• A strong history of hitting your sales goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Good at finding and reaching out to new prospects.
• Proficient in using CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot) to track sales and manage customer information.
• Self-starter who is driven by results.
• A bachelor's degree is a plus.
