We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who can hunt for new e-commerce brands that ship over 2,000+ monthly orders and are ready to scale with a fulfillment partner.You’ll focus on prospecting, qualifying, and booking calls for our leadership team. We already have strong inbound traffic and referrals — your job is to fill the outbound pipeline and connect with high-value DTC, Shopify, and TikTok Shop brands.
Job Responsibility*
Research and identify e-commerce brands that fit our target profile
Launch and manage cold email outreach campaigns
Qualify leads and schedule intro calls with decision-makers
Keep CRM up to date (we use Monday.com)
Collaborate directly with CEO and operations team for follow-ups
Track KPIs (outreach, calls booked, conversion rate)
Minimum 3 years experience as a BDR or SDR in B2B outbound sales (mandatory)
Proven record of booking qualified meetings and hitting quotas
Strong hunter mentality — self-starter, aggressive, and competitive
Must have experience selling to e-commerce or logistics clients
Excellent written & spoken English — clear, confident, and concise
Familiar with cold email tools (Instantly, Apollo, etc.) and CRMs
Comfortable operating independently and delivering results weekly
Bonus: bilingual (English/Spanish), logistics or 3PL background
