Our U.S. law firm is hiring a bi-lingual English/Spanish VA for a full-time Case Manager position.

Our team already has 10 full-time VAs and we are looking to hire additional awesome team members.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).
Specifically, we are seeking candidates who can work one of the following shifts:
- Weekdays, M-F (starting at 9:00AM US CST – 6:00PM US CST)
OR
- Weekdays, M-F (starting at 9:30AM US CST – 6:30PM US CST)
*including 1 hour lunch break
You will support our team by speaking with clients over phone, text message, and email. You will provide legal and administrative support to Attorneys.
Additionally, you will review and manage case files. You will be part of the Case Management Team which meets daily for trainings and meetings. Full training is provided.
- Previous experience working in a virtual role
- Experience in a customer service and/or support type position
- Outstanding organizational skills and active listening ability
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Experience drafting legal documents
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Eager to learn and has a strong work ethic
- A desire to help people
- Willingness to speak on the phone to clients in both English and Spanish
- A fast and stable internet connection
- A quiet work environment
