Job Title: Client Account Manager (Remote)

What We’re Looking For:

We need a Client Account Manager! This is a remote (work-from-home) position.

As a Client Account Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams, translating client goals into actionable project strategies. This role requires both excellent relationship management and project management skills. While you won’t be directly responsible for building websites or running campaigns, you’ll need a solid understanding of website design and development to communicate client goals effectively to our specialists.

You’ll work closely with clients to manage their expectations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure their projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your ability to translate data and digital performance metrics into actionable insights will be key to both client satisfaction and campaign success.

Salary & Growth Opportunities:

  • Starting salary: $1,500/month-$2,000/mo. (Depending Experience)
  • You’ll work closely with the CEO during your first 60 days to learn the role.
  • You’ll gradually be assigned clients, allowing time to build confidence.
  • Performance will be evaluated based on client retention and campaign performance.
  • Strong growth opportunities for Client Managers who take on additional accounts past a full slate. We actively promote from within, with successful Client Managers being first in line for promotion into our core strategy team.

Make Sure You’re Comfortable With:

  • Remote working: This is a remote position.
  • 60-day trial period: We start all job offers with a 60-day trial to ensure mutual fit.
  • Working hours: U.S. Eastern Standard Hours (8am-4pm EST).

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and acting as the liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Understand website design and SEO well enough to guide clients and influence project strategies.
  • Work closely with developers and marketers to ensure that project goals are met and that client requests are executed in a timely and effective manner.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from strategy development and execution to troubleshooting and optimizing ongoing campaigns.
  • Utilize data and digital performance metrics to provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular Zoom meetings with clients to discuss progress, provide updates, and coach them through strategy adjustments.


Job Requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Client Management: You should have excellent relationship-building skills and a passion for helping clients succeed. You’ll manage client expectations, communicate clearly, and coach clients when needed.
  • Project Management: You should be comfortable managing multiple projects, delegating tasks, and keeping all stakeholders on the same page. Problem-solving is essential, and you’ll be expected to handle challenges proactively.
  • Web Design & SEO Knowledge: While you won’t run campaigns or build websites, you need to understand the basics of design and SEO to influence project strategy and communicate effectively with specialists.
  • Marketing Strategy: Learn your clients' businesses, understand their goals, and guide them toward strategies that improve website performance and conversion rates.
  • Problem Solving: We value self-reliance and resourcefulness. We follow the 1:3:1 rule (look it up!) and expect you to bring solutions, not just problems, to the table.
