We need a Client Account Manager! This is a remote (work-from-home) position.
As a Client Account Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams, translating client goals into actionable project strategies. This role requires both excellent relationship management and project management skills. While you won’t be directly responsible for building websites or running campaigns, you’ll need a solid understanding of website design and development to communicate client goals effectively to our specialists.
You’ll work closely with clients to manage their expectations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure their projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your ability to translate data and digital performance metrics into actionable insights will be key to both client satisfaction and campaign success.
