Client Success Manager

As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving the success of our products/services within their organizations. You will also be responsible for:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Developing a deep understanding of clients' business goals and challenges.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Guiding clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of our products/services.
- Providing training and support to clients to maximize their utilization of our offerings.
- Acting as the voice of the client within the company, advocating for their needs and priorities.
- Gathering client feedback and collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve our products and services.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services to existing clients.
- Working towards achieving high client retention rates through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Monitoring and analyzing client performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer service roles, preferably in the tech industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools, such as HubSpot, Asana, etc.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a passion for client satisfaction and success.
