Compensation: $300–$400/month (based on experience)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our growing team in the online gambling and casino space. Your primary responsibility will be to source, edit, and distribute high-impact casino-related video clips across various social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

This is a high-output, full-time role focused on producing viral, branded content that boosts audience engagement, grows our following, and increases overall visibility. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, understands social media trends, and is deeply familiar with gambling/casino content.

💡 Note: This role is also referred to as a Clipper. A Clipper is someone who specializes in selecting and editing short-form video content from longer footage (e.g., livestreams, gameplay, influencer content) and transforming it into scroll-stopping clips for social media. Clippers are the creative force behind viral reels and shorts, blending speed, trend awareness, and storytelling into every post.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, clip, and edit short-form video content from livestreams, gameplays, or related gambling footage.
• Add branding (logos, intros/outros, captions) to all clips to ensure consistency and visibility.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
• Stay on top of trending audio, formats, and meme culture to produce content that aligns with platform algorithms.
• Optimize content for maximum engagement (hook structure, pacing, captioning, CTAs).
• Analyze video performance and adjust content strategy based on engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align content with promotional goals or campaign themes.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in short-form content creation (TikTok, Reels, Shorts), ideally in the gambling, entertainment, or gaming space.
• Strong video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Deep understanding of virality, hooks, and viewer retention on social platforms.
• Ability to work quickly and produce a high volume of content while maintaining quality.
• Knowledge of gambling terminology, casino games, and related content is a strong plus.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
