Full Job Description
Job Title: Cold Caller
Location: Nationwide
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers nationwide
- Engage in cold calling to generate leads and sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and interactions
- Set appointments for sales representatives
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with potential clients
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation
- Strong organizational skills and ability to keep detailed records
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
