Cold Caller/Acquisition Specialist for a land investing company

We are a real estate investment company specializing in vacant land acquisitions. Our mission is to unlock the potential of undeveloped land, transforming it into valuable assets that benefit communities and deliver strong returns. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller/Lead Specialist to join our team remotely. This role is crucial to our lead generation efforts, focusing on making outbound calls to potential land sellers, qualifying leads, reviewing market data and setting appointments for our acquisitions team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with high-volume calling, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to build rapport with property owners.

• Hourly rate: $5.00 - $8.00 per hour (based on experience), paid bi-monthly
• Acquisition Bonus: ($50-100 per acquired property).
• Paid Time Off: Up to 10 paid holidays per year.
• Annual bonus - TBD.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to property owners to gauge interest in selling vacant land.
• Use scripts and follow company guidelines to qualify leads and gather necessary property details.
• Accurately document lead information and update CRM systems.
• Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for the acquisitions team.
• Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
• Meet daily and weekly call quotas to ensure consistent lead flow.
• Collaborate with the acquisitions team to refine call strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Work schedule: 11 AM – 8 PM EST with a 1-hour break. (Work time will be monitored via online software)

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English ability.
• Experience living or working in the USA preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Experience using CRM software and call tracking tools.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and persistent.
• A reliable internet connection, proper work setup and a quiet workspace.
