Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated collection agent to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Contacting debtors via phone
*Negotiating payment plans with debtors to help them repay their debts in a timely and effective manner
*Following up with debtors who have not responded to initial requests for payment
*Ensuring that all debt collection actions are in compliance with applicable laws and company policies
*Providing excellent customer service to debtors to help maintain positive relationships with clients
*Customer-oriented attitude
*Advanced level of English is required
