Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Associate with excellent communication skills to join our team. As a Project Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, execution, and monitoring of various construction projects. Managing Vendor relationships and toubleshooting and reporting vendor issues will be a key component of this position. This is a dynamic role that requires some construction or maintenance experience, excellent communication abilities (English and Spanish), and the ability to work collaboratively with our team and vendors in the field. This is a full time position, 40 hours/week, Eastern Standard Time.

We are established and a growing construction firm in Atlanta Ga. We are seeking the right self-motivated individual to grow with us and be a part of a great team!
Responsibilities:
- Assist in vendor management, including working in our software (buildertrend) to maintain vendor schedules
- Collaborate with team members to develop project deliverables and ensure timely completion
- Assist in monitoring project progress and identifying any potential risks or issues
- Support project documentation, including creating reports, presentations, and other materials
- Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
- Provide administrative support as needed, including maintaining project files and documentation
Qualifications:
- Tech savvy with ability to learn internal software
- Experience with project management tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct data analysis and interpret results
- Experience in process management and improvement initiatives
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supervising or coordinating teams is a plus
- Familiarity with vendor management processes is a plus
