DESCRIPTION
This role is a long-term, work-from-home assignment with business performed principally in English, with additional call support in Spanish.
Opportunity for a bilingual (English and Spanish) candidate to provide contact/call center and business support related activities for multiple United States based telecommunications companies.
Activities will vary, as determined by client needs, but include, call servicing - both inbound and outbound for customer service and sales initiatives, quality control audits, and compliance-specific routines, including reporting and performance management. Additional duties as assigned.
